The Islamic Society of Augusta (ISA) is committed to supporting our community members during times of financial hardship. Please fill out the for below. The information collected in this form is confidential and will only be reviewed by the ISA Relief Committee to determine eligibility.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Faith: The applicant must be a practicing Muslim.
- Asset Threshold (Nisab): Your total personal wealth—including cash, bank savings, stocks, retirement investments, gold, and silver—must not exceed USD $11,000.
- Type of Request: Assistance is strictly reserved for essential, immediate life expenses (such as housing, utilities, food, or critical medical needs) that you are currently unable to meet.
- Location Priority: While all applications are reviewed, priority is given to families and individuals living in Augusta, GA, and the surrounding areas.
